How many settling-in visits do we get?
Two free visits are included before your child’s first full day, and we’ll add more if they’d help.
What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We follow the statutory ratios and keep to 1:4 for under-twos, rising as children move up through the rooms.
Do you take children with additional needs?
Yes — speak to our manager before you join so we can plan the right support from day one.
Can I change my child’s days later?
Yes, subject to space, and we’ll always try to accommodate a change in your work pattern.
