A foundry with a second life.
The building opened as a metal foundry in 1928 and sat empty for a decade before we restored it in 2016, keeping the brick, the steel trusses and the big factory windows.

Can we bring our own caterer?
You can use our in-house kitchen or bring a licensed outside caterer for an additional venue fee — we’ll go over both options.
Is parking included?
Yes, 80 spaces on-site, with overflow street parking nearby for larger events.
What’s included in the rental fee?
Tables, chairs, house lighting and a coordinator are included; catering, bar and AV are added based on what your event needs.
