A foundry with a second life.
The building opened as a metal foundry in 1928 and sat empty for a decade before we restored it in 2016, keeping the brick, the steel trusses and the big factory windows.
- Occupancy-permitted for 220 guests
- In-house bar and catering kitchen
- A dedicated coordinator for every booking
