Chef Owen Marsh started Harvest Table in 2014 after years cooking in Chicago restaurant kitchens, wanting menus built around what’s actually good at the market that week rather than a fixed banquet list.
Every event is cooked from scratch in our licensed commercial kitchen, and every wedding starts with a tasting so there are no surprises on the day.
